Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached before initiating a return within the 30-day window.

  Choose Your Method

  Decide whether to return your items for free at any Laura or Melanie Lyne store, or use our convenient prepaid shipping label for mail-in returns.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop off the parcel at any authorized Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
